Sukmani Hospital

Sukmani Hospital is located on the first floor of Mata Ganga Bhawan. We are right at Nehru Chowk, just above the MSEB office on Hospital Road in Ulh. It’s a central spot, which makes it easy to find, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't feeling great. We’ve been operating out of this floor for years. The space is divided into a few wards and a consultation area. It’s always a bit noisy because of the busy chowk outside and the office below us. We handle a variety of health issues here. People come in for checkups or if they need to stay a few days for treatment. We don't have a fancy lobby with plants. Instead, we have a desk and some wooden benches. The nurses are usually busy running back and forth. We try to keep the paperwork simple so people don't get frustrated. Since we are near the MSEB office, everyone knows the building. We see people from all walks of life. Sometimes the elevator in the building is grumpy, so the stairs are a better bet. We aren't a high-end private clinic, just a practical hospital for the community. We do our best with what we have and keep our doors open for the neighborhood. If you need to stay, the rooms are kept as clean as we can manage given how busy it gets. It's just a regular local hospital doing daily medical work.
