I've been working out of the Ashirwad apartment on Ram Seth Street for a while now. It is right in the Bhattwadi area of Kisan Nagar 3. People around here know the Wagle Estate area pretty well since it's a busy part of Thane. I handle things mostly on my own or with a little bit of help when things get piled up. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular room where I get my daily tasks done. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. I started this because I wanted something of my own close to where I live. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and phone calls. It is a quiet setup inside despite what is going on outside in the market. I don't really do big advertisements. Most people just find me because they live nearby or heard about me from a neighbor who has been here before. The building is easy to find once you are on the right street. I try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets messy when things get busy. I like being in this part of Maharashtra. It feels like a real community here. There is always someone walking by or a tea stall open nearby. I plan to stay at this spot for the foreseeable future. It works for what I need to do every day without any extra fuss or high costs.
