You can find us at shop number 22 in the Gayatri Satsang building. We are located in Thakur Village, Kandivali East, which is a very busy part of the suburbs. Vishnu Shivam Mall is right nearby, so there are always people walking past the window. We are engineers, so our office is full of technical drawings and structural reports. It is not the most colorful place, but it is where the real work happens. We deal with the bones of buildings, making sure everything is safe and strong. It is a lot of math and looking at old concrete. We are not the type to use big marketing slogans or fancy words. If a building has a crack, we figure out why it is there. We have been in Thakur Village for a while and have seen it grow from a quiet spot to what it is today. Our team is small, mostly engineers who have been doing this for many years. We talk to building committees and owners who are worried about their structures. We try to explain things in a way that makes sense, without using too many technical terms that no one understands. Sometimes we are out on a roof checking a water tank, and other times we are at the desk typing up a long report. It is honest work and it keeps the buildings standing.
