Our place is located in Dahanu, at a spot called Omkar Darshan. It’s in the East part of Dahanu, over in Thane. The address says care of Bari Bachhu Ramji, which sounds a bit old-fashioned, but that’s just how it is. We are quite far out from the main city of Mumbai, and honestly, we prefer it that way. It’s a lot quieter here, though the heat can be something else in the summer. We handle web stuff for various people. The office is basically just a few rooms with enough power outlets for all our gear. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or ergonomic chairs you see in big city offices. We just use what we have. Most days are pretty much the same. We come in, check what needs fixing, and spend the day on the web. Sometimes the local power grid gives us some trouble, so we’ve learned to save our work often. It’s just one of those things you deal with when you’re not in a major hub. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. If there's a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. It's a very direct way of working. Dahanu is a nice place to be, even if it’s a bit out of the way for some. We like the local vibe and the fact that we can just focus on the work without too many distractions or noise.
