Spence Techno Solutions Private Limited

Our office for Spence Techno Solutions Private Limited is located at Flat 301 in Sector 29, Vashi. It’s a quiet enough spot on Plot 15, and being in a residential-style building makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big office park. We have been here for a bit now and the neighbors are mostly used to us coming and going. Vashi is a good place to be because it’s easy to get to from most parts of Navi Mumbai. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up our desks and computers to get our work done. The tea guy comes around in the afternoon and that’s usually when we take a small break. We are a small team and we don't really go in for the whole corporate vibe. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the day, and then lock up. It’s a very practical setup and it keeps our costs down, which is good for everyone. Sometimes the internet glitches or we run out of printer ink, just like any other small business. We like the quiet of Sector 29 compared to the busier parts of the city. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve made the space our own over the years. We didn't want a fancy high-rise because this just feels more comfortable for our group to get things finished each and every day.
