You can find Sparta Ces Private Limited at 283/A, in office number 209. We are on the second floor of the Prism IT Park No. 1 in Vasai West. Being in an IT park sounds fancy, but it’s actually a very practical place to be. There are a lot of other offices around us, so there’s a sense of everyone just working hard. Vasai is a bit of a distance from the main city, but we like it here. The air feels a little different. Our office is a standard room with big windows. We have a few rows of desks and a small area where we keep the kettle. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or technical documents. We are a small group and we’ve been working together for a bit now. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we just all pitch in. If someone is stuck, someone else usually jumps in to help. The building has a lift, but it’s sometimes faster to just take the stairs to the second floor. Lunch usually involves someone going down to the local stalls to bring back food for everyone. It’s a steady routine that we’ve grown to like. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is handled correctly by the end of the day. There is no magic to it, just persistence.
