You can find Smartterm Ontechbizprivate Limited all the way out in Virar West, at Rustomjee Evershine Global City. We are in Building 30, Flat 404S, on Avenue J. It’s quite a way from the main city, but it’s a developing area with a lot of energy. Being in Chikhal Dongare means we have a bit more space than the crowded parts of Mumbai. Our office is just a converted flat, so it has a very domestic feel. We’ve got a small dining table we use for meetings and a few desks scattered through the rooms. It’s not a polished corporate office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the balcony has a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We spend our days staring at screens and talking through problems. Sometimes we take a walk downstairs when we need a break from the monitors. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know each other’s habits and quirks. We don’t have a fancy logo on the door or a lobby. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work to do. We like the quiet out here. It helps us stay on track without all the noise of the bigger hubs. It’s just a regular place for regular work. We don't pretend to be something we aren't, and that seems to work best for everyone.
