Our place is located at 406-B in Bhayander East. If you know the area, we’re right near the Jain Temple. It’s a landmark everyone uses to find us when they get lost. We’ve been arranging trips and tickets from this little office for a good while. The space is very simple. We have a few computers and a lot of brochures that sometimes get a bit dusty on the shelves. Traveling can be complicated these days with all the rules and prices changing, so we spend a lot of time on the computer checking stuff. We get a lot of locals coming in who want to visit their family or just take a short break from work. It gets really busy during the festival seasons. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic for us. We aren't a big corporate agency. We're just a local business here in Bhayander. We know the train routes and the best times to travel to avoid the biggest crowds. We try to help people find something that fits what they need without a lot of unnecessary fuss. It’s rewarding when someone comes back after their trip and says they had a good time. But mostly, it’s just the daily grind of checking prices and making sure names are spelled right on the forms. It’s a quiet life near the temple, and we like it that way. We just keep working and helping whoever walks through the door.
