Our place is at 401, Siddeshwar Arcade, right on Ghodbunder Road in Thane West. We are directly opposite Suraj Water Park, which is a great landmark for giving people directions. The road outside is always busy with people heading toward Borivali or deeper into Thane. Inside the office, it’s a bit quieter, but there’s always something happening. We work with analytical systems and various types of high-tech instruments. It involves a lot of technical support and helping people figure out how to use their equipment properly. Our desks are usually covered in manuals, spare parts, and half-empty coffee cups. It’s a professional environment but we don’t stand on ceremony. If a customer calls with a problem, we just dive in and try to fix it. Sometimes it takes all day to track down a software glitch or a hardware issue. We’ve been in the Siddeshwar Arcade for a while now, and we’ve seen shops come and go. Most of us enjoy the location because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We don’t put much effort into being a big company with fancy slogans. We just want to make sure the systems we sell and service actually work for the people who buy them. It’s a mix of office work and technical troubleshooting that keeps our days fairly interesting. It keeps us on our toes.
