Siraj Memorial Hospital And Diagonstic Centre

We are located in the 4th Nizampura area of Bhiwandi. It's a busy part of Thane and there is almost always a lot of noise coming from the street outside, mostly trucks and motorbikes. Our hospital isn't very large, but we have the diagnostic center right here on the premises, which saves people a lot of traveling and time. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years as more buildings went up. The hospital building has some stains on the walls and the floor tiles are a bit worn down from all the feet walking over them every single day. We don't have a PR team or a fancy office for managers to sit in. Everyone here works on the main floor. Most of our days are spent running tests, looking at results, and talking to patients who come in from the local textile shops and the houses nearby. It’s a lot of manual work, writing things down in big ledgers and keeping track of who is next in line for their turn. The air usually smells a bit like antiseptic and old paper files. We have a small area for people to sit and wait, but it gets full pretty fast during the morning rush. The staff is mostly local people who speak the same way as everyone else in Bhiwandi. We don’t use a lot of big medical words unless it’s absolutely necessary for a diagnosis. It’s just a practical place for people to get checked out and get their results so they can get back to their lives.
