Our small team at Signio Globaltech Solutions (Opc)Private Limited is located out in the MIDC area at New Pach Peth. We are in unit C 9/6. It is very much an industrial neighborhood, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machines from the nearby units. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it suits us. We handle tech solutions, mostly just sitting at our desks and figuring out problems for our clients. We started as a one-person company, which is why it says OPC, but we have a couple more hands helping out now. The office is pretty basic with just some tables, old laptops, and a shelf for folders. We don't really do much decorating. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, to be honest. We usually eat lunch together at a small table in the corner. Being in the MIDC section means we are surrounded by other small businesses, so there’s a sense of everyone just trying to make a living. We don’t have fancy coffee machines; we just make some instant stuff when we’re tired. It’s a very practical way to work. We don’t spend money on things we don't need. We just focus on the technical work and making sure we answer our emails on time. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. We aren't trying to grow too fast, just keeping it steady and doing our daily tasks without any fuss.
