Our studio is in the Shree Rajlaxmi Complex, which is right near the Haldiram factory. We are in Building No. Bi, Gala No. 212. One thing about working here is that you can often smell whatever they are making at the factory next door, which makes us hungry. Our place is full of art supplies, canvases, and frames. It’s a bit disorganized because we are always in the middle of a project. We have paints and brushes scattered across the tables. It is not a clean, polished gallery. It’s a working space where things get made. People come to us when they need something specific done or if they are looking for materials. We spend a lot of time mixing colors and trying to get things just right. The light in the gala isn't always perfect, so we have some extra lamps set up around the work area. We don't have a big team or a secretary. Usually, you’ll just find one or two of us covered in a bit of paint or dust. We’ve been in this complex for a while now and we know the other people working in the nearby units. It’s a quiet place for the most part, away from the main road. We don't do any flashy advertising. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people who just happen to find us in the complex while they are out.
