Shanta Chemicals

You can find us at Shop Number 6 in the Shree Ganesh building over in Sector 28, Nerul West. It's a small shop, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Shanta Chemicals has been a part of the Navi Mumbai scene for a while now. We mostly deal with different kinds of chemical supplies that people need for their shops or small factories. It’s not the most glamorous job, and sometimes the smells from the different containers can be a bit strong, but it's what we do. We know most of the people around here by name since they stop by pretty often. We aren't trying to be some big multinational company; we just want to run a decent business and provide what people are looking for. The shelves are usually stacked high, and it can be a bit of a squeeze when we get a big delivery in. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure everything is stored exactly where it belongs. It’s just a few of us working here, so if the phone rings while we're helping a customer, it might take us a minute to pick up. We like being in Nerul, it's a good community and the location works well for our regulars. We keep things simple, sell what we have, and try to be helpful whenever someone walks in the door. It’s a steady way to spend the week.
