Advent Chembio Pvt Ltd is located over at W-288 in the TTC Industrial Area. If you know Rabale, you know it’s mostly factories and warehouses along the Thane-Belapur Road. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time. It's an industrial setting, so it's not exactly quiet or pretty, but it's where we get everything done. We deal with chemicals and lab stuff every day. The lab smells a bit like rubbing alcohol most mornings, and there's always someone in a white coat walking around with a clipboard. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees, just a dedicated group of people who know their way around a flask and a beaker. The traffic on the main road can be a pain during shift changes, but we manage. Inside the facility, things are kept as tidy as possible because you can't really be messy with this kind of work. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the storage temperatures are right. It’s steady work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial zone. We don’t have any marketing gurus here, just people who understand the technical side of things. We just show up, do the testing and the bottling, and head home when the sun goes down. It's what we do here in Rabale, and that's it for us.
