Bakshi Chempharma Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is based at A-45, Road No.10, in the Wagle Indl. Estate. This estate is one of the oldest around here, and you can really feel that history when you walk down Road No. 10. Our facility is always full of stainless steel parts and various components for the pharma industry. It’s a lot of specialized work, so we have to be careful with the details, even if the building itself looks a bit worn out on the outside. There’s a constant hum of activity from the nearby units, and trucks are always blocking the lanes, making it an adventure just to get to the gate. Inside, we have a small team that has worked together for years. We know each other's habits and how to handle the heavy equipment without much talking. The office is upstairs and overlooks the main floor, so we can see everything that’s going on. It gets dusty, and the files in the cabinets are getting a bit yellow, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just focus on putting the equipment together right. Lunchtime usually involves everyone sitting together and sharing food from their tiffins. It’s a decent place to work, even if the commute through the estate can be a bit of a headache. That is just life at Wagle and we are used to it.
