Shah Holidays operates out of Flat A 104 in Komal Tower. We are located in Bhayander East, specifically in the Sultanpura area. Being near Vina Hotel makes it easier for people to find the building. It’s not a typical storefront with a big glass window. Instead, it is a regular apartment turned into an office space. You walk into the building, take the lift, and we are right there. There are desks with computers and a lot of printed papers scattered around. Usually, the phone is ringing with someone asking about train timings or bus tickets to the village. We handle a lot of the local travel needs for families around here. It gets very busy during the summer holidays when everyone wants to go away at the same time. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit longer while we check the bookings. We don't have any fancy brochures or big posters on the walls. It is just a practical place where we get the paperwork done. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or friends of friends. We have been doing this for a long time in Bhayander. It is a simple setup, just focusing on getting people where they need to go without too much fuss. We stay open late most days to help people after work. It works for us and the people who live in Sultanpura.
