Seven Star Multispeciality Hospital And Research Centre is over at Surbhi House in Dimple Arcade. We are on Asha Nagar Road in Kandivali East, tucked behind Sai Dham. The building is a bit unique compared to a standard hospital because it’s part of the arcade area. We have various floors where we handle different medical specialties and also do some research work on the side. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when you’re first walking through Surbhi House, but you get used to it quickly. We have doctors who focus on many different fields, so we see a wide variety of patients every day. The atmosphere is a mix of a busy clinic and a more serious research environment. We spend a lot of time looking at charts and discussing cases in the small staff rooms. Because we’re behind Sai Dham, it’s a bit quieter than being right on a main highway, but it’s still a bustling spot. The reception area is where most people start, and there’s always a bit of a wait while the paperwork gets sorted out. We have some labs where we do the testing, and the research side of things means there are always some extra projects going on in the background. It’s an interesting place to work because of the mix of daily patient care and the more technical research stuff. We just try to stay organized and help the folks from Kandivali East as best we can every single day.
