Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic and the local markets, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We are just a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly. There are no corporate speeches here or big fancy boardrooms. We mostly just talk across the room to each other when something needs fixing or a decision has to be made. Living and working in the Mumbai-Thane corridor means you get used to the pace of things pretty fast. We have our routines and we stick to them. It is a practical way to work and we are happy to be situated where we are in Sai Smurti. It feels grounded and real.
