Our office is in Navi Mumbai, specifically in CBD Belapur. We are in the Nilgiri Apartment, Sector-5. It’s Room 204 in the C5-29 block. Belapur is a busy place with a lot of government offices and banks around, but Sector-5 feels a little different from the main commercial zones. It’s tucked back a bit from the main rush. The apartment building is one of those standard ones you see all over Navi Mumbai, maybe a bit weathered by the salt air. It’s got that lived-in feel. We’ve been here for a while now. Getting up to the second floor is easy enough. The office itself is basically a converted apartment space, which is pretty common for small IT firms around here. It makes for a comfortable enough environment to spend the day. We have our servers and workstations set up where the living room used to be. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, but it’s our space. The view from the window is mostly just other buildings and the street below where people park their bikes. Satralkar & Sarode It Solutions is a small operation. We don’t have a marketing team or a big HR department. It’s just a few of us. We deal with the usual things like slow internet days or the power going out for maintenance once in a while. It’s just part of the routine. We like being in Belapur because everything you need is close by, even if the building is older.
