Sankalp Restaurant

Sankalp Restaurant is situated on the 1st Floor of Govind Salasar in the Brij Bhoomi building. We are right on Temba Hospital Road, which is quite close to Maxus Mall in Bhayandar West. Being on the first floor, we get a good view of the street below. It’s a busy area, especially in the evenings when people are out shopping or heading to the mall. We opened up here because it seemed like a good place for a restaurant. We serve a lot of different dishes and have a mix of regular customers and people just passing through. The atmosphere inside is pretty casual, nothing too stiff or formal. Our staff is mostly local guys who work hard to keep the place clean and get the food out fast. It can get pretty crowded on weekends, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait for a table. We don't have a big corporate team behind us, just us running the show every day. The kitchen is always a hive of activity with the chefs doing their thing. We spend a lot of time making sure we have fresh ingredients coming in from the local markets. It’s a lot of work to keep a restaurant going, but we enjoy seeing people eat and chat at our tables. If you’re ever near Maxus Mall, you’ve probably seen our sign from the road. We are just a local eatery doing our thing for the community.
