Thane has changed a lot lately, getting more crowded every year, but our office stays pretty much the same. We do engineering and consulting work, which basically means a lot of technical talk and looking at blueprints all day. It’s a small group of us here. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees, so when you call, you usually get one of us directly on the line without going through a bunch of automated menus. The office gets a bit humid during the monsoon, but that is just part of living in Maharashtra. We spend our time working through project requirements and making sure the numbers add up. It is honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans painted on the walls; we just have our desks, some old computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. People in the area know us as the place to go when they need some engineering advice without the corporate runaround. We've been in this 400 604 area for a good while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow up around us. It’s a decent place to work, and we just try to do right by the projects that land on our desks.
