S-3 Private Limited

Working at S-3 Private Limited is a bit different because we are located inside a mall. We are at Shop No. 4021 on the second floor of the Eaze Zone Mall in Goregaon West. It’s right on Link Road. It is a strange feeling to walk past clothing stores and people eating ice cream just to get to the office. The mall environment means there is always air conditioning and plenty of light, but it also feels a bit disconnected from the outside world. Our shop space isn't huge, but it's enough for our desks and some storage. We do various business activities here. It’s convenient for meetings because we can just walk over to one of the cafes in the mall. The noise from the mall music can sometimes drift in, but we’ve mostly learned to tune it out. Goregaon is a busy part of Mumbai, so getting here on the Link Road can be a nightmare during rush hour. Most of us try to time our travel to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just a regular team trying to keep things running smoothly. We don't use any fancy titles or have complicated rules. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and maybe grab a snack from the food court before heading home. It's a practical, no-nonsense place to work, even if the location is a bit unusual.
