We operate out of D-9/7 in the Kasturim Shilp building, located in Milap Nagar within the M.I.D.C. zone. It’s a typical industrial setting, so you’ll see a lot of workshops and small factories nearby. At Rs Form Teknic, we focus on the technical side of things, mostly dealing with forms and mechanical designs. The workshop floor is where most of the action happens. It’s usually a bit dusty and smells of oil and metal, which is how we like it. We have a small team here, and everyone knows exactly what they need to do. There isn't much hierarchy; we just all pitch in. Sometimes we spend hours trying to get a single measurement right. It can be frustrating, but that’s the nature of the work. The building itself is sturdy, though it’s seen better days. We don’t mind the chipped paint or the old windows because the machines inside work just fine. In the afternoons, we usually take a break for tea at the stall around the corner. It’s a good chance to catch up with the guys from the neighboring units. We’ve been in Milap Nagar for some time now and have seen the area change, but our way of working stays pretty much the same. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to do the job properly so our customers don't have to worry about the parts they get from us.
