Rothe Agro Private Limited

We started Rothe Agro Private Limited here in Kawad BK, Bhiwandi. It's just a regular place where we focus on farming things. Most days are spent looking after the crops and making sure the supplies are moving like they should. 154 is the building number, and if you live around here, you probably know the area. It gets busy during the harvest time, but we manage. My family has been around this part of Maharashtra for a long time. We don't have big fancy offices or anything like that. Just the workspace where the real stuff happens. Sometimes the weather is good, sometimes it isn't, but that's just how agriculture goes. We handle a lot of the day-to-day operations ourselves. There's always mud on our boots. People stop by to talk about the soil or what seeds are working best this season. It's more about the work than talking about the work. We try to keep things simple and honest. Being in Bhiwandi means we are close to the main roads, which helps with getting things transported. We've got a small team, mostly people from the village. They know the land well. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just farming and handling agro products for the local market. If you pass by house 154, you’ll see us working. It's a quiet life but it keeps us busy from morning till sun goes down.
