Roplar It Private Limited

Roplar It Private Limited is based in Thane, specifically out of Coral Heights. We are in Flat 703, building A2, over on Ghod Bunder. It’s a high-rise setup, so we are up on the seventh floor. Working from a flat means we don't have that cold, sterile office feeling you get in some big tech parks. It’s more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace. We have our desks and chairs pushed into the rooms, and it can get a bit cluttered with all the IT gear and wires lying around. Ghod Bunder is a really busy road with a lot of noise, so there’s always something happening outside. Inside, we just try to stay focused on the work at hand. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees or anything. We are just a small crew. We don’t bother with fancy receptionists or big logos on the walls. We just want to do a good job and keep things moving. The building itself is quite tall, and being in A2 makes it easy to find once you get into the complex. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty much set. We show up, make some coffee, and start on the tech stuff. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use any complicated business speak or try to sound more impressive than we are. We are just a bunch of people in a flat in Thane trying to run an IT business as best as we can every day.
