Roops Industries

We’ve been based out of Gala No: 2 in the Dhanlaxmi Industrial Estate for a while now. It’s a busy spot, right across from Pooja Hotel, which is where most of us end up for a quick tea or lunch when things get hectic. Roops Industries isn't a fancy setup. It's an industrial space where we get the work done. The estate gets pretty crowded in the mornings with trucks and people moving things around. You can hear the noise from the other units starting up early. We usually open the shutters around nine and stay late if there’s a big order to handle. The fans keep the air moving, but it still gets hot in the afternoons. Sometimes we just sit outside for a minute to breathe. Dealing with the daily logistics here takes up most of our time. We know the neighbors, like the guys over at the hotel and the other units nearby. It’s just how it is here. Nothing too complicated. We focus on the tasks right in front of us. If you walk past Pooja Hotel, you’ll see our sign. It's a practical place for practical work. Most days are just about managing the space we have and making sure things leave the gala on time. We don't spend much time in an office; we're usually on the floor. It’s a solid routine that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't really bother with any complex management systems here.
