Rndr Technologies Private Limited

We set up Rndr Technologies in Thane, specifically in the Sape area. Our space is Flat 302 in Building 80 of Samrudhi Evergreen. It’s one of those newer residential-style buildings where people also run their businesses. It’s a bit of a hike from the main station, but it’s a decent place to work from. We’ve got a small team here. We mostly sit around our desks and work through whatever tech tasks are on the schedule for the day. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the ground. The building has a lot of families and other small offices, so there’s always a bit of life around the place. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on the screens. Most of our work is done online anyway, so as long as the electricity stays on, we are happy. We chose this spot because it was accessible for those of us living in Thane. It’s just a regular office where real work happens. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe some old coffee mugs. We’ve been here for a while now and the routine suits us. It’s practical and it keeps us grounded while we deal with all the tech stuff we do.
