You can find us over in Dombivili-West, specifically at the Aparna Housing Society on Pandit Deen Dayal Road. We operate out of unit B8, which is where Anil and Dipali handle the bulk of the daily work. It is more of a home-office environment than a big shiny glass building, which actually suits us just fine. Being inside a housing society means it’s relatively quiet, though you still get the usual sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. The office itself is filled with folders, site maps, and the general clutter that comes with running a construction or real estate business. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how various projects are moving along. Since we are on Pandit Deen Dayal Road, it’s easy enough for people to find us, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a puzzle. We aren't the type to use big words or pretend we are something we aren't. We just work on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep things moving. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting across from someone explaining the details of a layout. It is a small team and we know each other well, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep our clients updated on what is happening with their investments or homes.
