Reliance Bpo Ptv Ltd is located on the second floor of Chanchal Apartment. We are on Dr Ambedkar Road in Kalyan West, near the Takari Kabrastan. It is easy to find if you know the local landmarks. The building is a bit old, but our office is kept clean. We have a small team working here. Most of us are from Kalyan or nearby towns like Ulhasnagar. We do a lot of voice work and some data processing. The noise from the road can be a bit much sometimes, especially with the honking, but we are used to it. Our boss, Huzefa, is usually around to help out with things. We do not have a lot of fancy equipment, just the basics like computers, headsets, and a decent internet connection. We take turns making tea in the afternoon. It is a very relaxed place to work. We do not have big corporate goals or anything. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to finish them on time. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep. We have been here for a while now and most of the shops nearby know us. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We do not spend money on decorations, just on things we actually need to get the job done. It is just a regular office where we work hard and go home to our families in the evening.
