Our office is actually inside a row house, House 12 in the Ganesh Row House complex. We are located in Annapurna Nagar, right behind the Kalyan Janta Shakari Bank in Adharwadi, Kalyan West. Working out of a row house makes things feel a lot more personal than a big office park. It is a quiet area for the most part, which is nice for getting work done. We have turned the rooms into working spaces for our team. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes when everyone is in, but we make it work. We have been part of this Kalyan community for a while. We don't go in for big advertising or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the bank nearby. We handle various services and just try to be honest about what we can do. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lighting could be better in the back, but it is our home base. We like that we can just step outside and be in a real neighborhood. No glass walls or fancy elevators here. Just a solid team doing their best to keep things moving. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news. It is a very human way to run a business, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and work through the daily pile of tasks that comes in.
