You can find us at Flat No A 901 in the Silver Link building. It is part of Hiranandani Estate, just off Ghorbunder Road in Thane West. Being out here means we avoid some of the worst city traffic, though Ghorbunder Road has its own problems. The office for Accenture is basically a converted flat, so it feels a bit like a home. We have a small kitchen and a couple of rooms where we set up the workstations. It’s a comfortable way to work. We don't have a fancy lobby or security guards at the door. We just have our names on the directory and that’s it. Most of the people here live in Thane or nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend the day on calls or typing away at the computers. Sometimes we walk down to the shops in the estate to get some snacks or just to stretch our legs. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't use big words to explain our business. We just do the tasks that are assigned to us and try to be helpful to each other. The atmosphere is relaxed. We don't have corporate posters on the walls. Instead, we have a few personal photos and a calendar. It’s just where we work, and we like that it’s straightforward and practical. There are plenty of cafes nearby for lunch too, which makes things easy for everyone.
