Our office is tucked away in Chitalsar Manpada, right off Ghodbunder Road in Thane West. It’s behind the Rolex Tailors and pretty close to the Adimaya Mandir. If you know the area, it's not too hard to find us, but we're a bit hidden. We’ve been running A 1 Facility Property Managers from here for a while. It’s a busy job because managing properties means something is always going wrong somewhere. One day it's a pipe leak, the next day it's a security issue or a broken lift. We spend a lot of time on our phones coordinating with different maintenance people. Our office isn't anything special to look at. Just a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of keys for different buildings. We aren't a big corporate chain. We’re a local team that knows Thane pretty well. We live and work around here, so we understand the problems buildings face in this weather and with the local traffic. Most of our day is spent making sure things are running like they should be. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a very long day. We don't have a big fancy lobby. If you come by, you'll probably see us mid-conversation or heading out the door to check on a site. We try to stay on top of things, but it’s a lot to juggle. Thane 400607 is where we are based, and we just keep at it every day.
