We are Reliance Bpo P Ltd. Our office is situated in Flat No 304 at Gangasagar C G H S, right on Plot 45 in Sector 1 of Koparkhairane. It is a nice enough area in Navi Mumbai. Being in a housing society means we have to be very mindful of the other residents. We mostly do back-end support work here. It is not a very big space, just a three-bedroom flat that we have converted into a workspace. We have a few computers in each room. The kitchen area is where we keep the water filter and some snacks for the team. It is a very informal environment. Most of us wear casual clothes to work. We do not have a dress code or anything like that. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we often take the stairs instead. Work starts early and ends whenever the day's tasks are done. We handle a lot of paperwork and digital files. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We like being in Koparkhairane because the market is close by and there are plenty of places to eat lunch. It is just a normal office where we put in our hours. We do not have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We are just regular people making a living. We do not have any big corporate plans, we just focus on the work we have today.
