We are located at D-403, Shakuntala Sankalp, which is right on the Kalyan Shil Road. It is part of the Lodha Heaven area, so it is usually pretty busy outside with all the traffic and people moving around. The hospital is basically a place where we take care of whatever comes our way. It’s not some five-star hotel looking place; it’s a medical facility with real people working inside. We have been at this address for a while now, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The staff here are just regular people who know their jobs well. We don't really use big words or try to sound more important than we are. If you need something, you just come in and talk to us. The layout of the building is okay, though the hallways can feel a bit narrow when we are moving equipment around. Being on Kalyan Shil Road means it can be a bit noisy sometimes, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say, so we just tell it like it is.
