Rat05 Technology Llp is based in Mira Road East, over at A 404 in the Poonam Sagar Complex. Our specific spot is Shantinath Empress, in the Thane district. Mira Road has grown so much lately, and it’s a busy place to live and work. Our office is inside a residential complex, which gives it a very different feel from the offices in the main business districts. It’s quieter here, once you get inside the gates of Poonam Sagar. We chose this location because it’s convenient for us and it keeps our overheads low. We are a small team, and we don't like wasting money on things we don't need. Our desks are clustered together in the main room, and we spend most of our time there. We don't have a receptionist or a big boardroom. If we need to talk, we just do it over our monitors. Being in Shantinath Empress means we see families going about their day while we are working on our tech projects. It keeps things grounded. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees. We are just a few people who know technology and wanted to start something on our own terms. Sometimes we stay late and watch the lights of Thane from the window. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We are just Rat05, working out of a flat in Mira Road, making things happen one step at a time without any fuss.
