Being based in Kalwa West has its own rhythm. We are over at Aai Dham B Chs, specifically in Flat No B 204. It’s a residential building, so it feels a lot more like a home than a stiff corporate office. Having the Shankar Mandir nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The area is usually quite lively, especially during the festival seasons. Inside the flat, we’ve converted the rooms into workspace for Randox Laboratories Ltd. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have our equipment set up along the walls, and there’s always a faint smell of cleaning supplies around. The balcony looks out over the local streets, and you can see the neighbors going about their day. It’s a peaceful enough spot once you get used to the sounds of the society. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one near the door. Most days are pretty routine, with people coming in to drop off samples or pick up papers. We know the security guards at the gate by name, and they know us. It’s a local way of doing things, and it suits us just fine. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, watching the lights come on in the other flats while we finish our tasks.
