Ranchpride Agrocomm is based on the ground floor of A-17/2/4 in the TTC Industrial Area. We are on Plot No-A-17, 2/4 in the Koparkhairane section. Working in an industrial area like TTC means we are surrounded by warehouses and factories. It’s a lot of concrete and metal around here. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we have heavy agro-commodities coming in and out all the time. Koparkhairane is a central spot for this kind of work in Navi Mumbai. The office itself is just a few desks and a lot of files. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, and the noise from the nearby units is just something we've grown used to over time. We handle the "Agrocomm" part of the name, which mostly means we are dealing with the bulk commodities side of things. It’s not the kind of place you come for a coffee and a chat; it’s where we get the logistics sorted. We spend a lot of time talking to truck drivers and checking the weights of the loads. The TTC area has its own pace, and we just follow it. We’ve been here at Plot A-17 for a while, and we know the neighbors. It’s a straightforward business without any bells or whistles. We just focus on making sure the agro products get from the ranch to the market without too many headaches along the way. It is honest work for our small team.
