Our little spot is Shop No 01 in the Archana Apartment building. It’s right there at Gunjai Chowk in Dombivli. If you are familiar with the Kalyan area, you know how busy it gets around here. The shop isn't very big, but it fits what we need. We have a couple of tables and computers shoved in. People are always walking past the window because of the chowk. It’s a very local vibe. We often see the same people every morning when we open up. Sometimes the rain gets quite heavy and we have to make sure the door is shut tight. The neighborhood has a lot of energy. There’s a tea shop not far off that we visit way too often. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us trying to make things work in the technology space. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone comes by, one of us just looks up from the screen. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of our time is spent just typing away. We like being in this part of Thane because it’s easy for everyone to get to. It feels like a real community here. You hear the vendors shouting and the bikes zooming by all day. It’s just our daily life at Rammino21.
