Ramdev Steel Arts

Ramdev Steel Arts is located at Plot No. 104 in Kopar Khairane. We are specifically in Shop No. 1 of the building called Poonam Appartment in Sector 2. It is a bit of an interesting spot because we are doing heavy steel work right in a residential building. We make things like gates and grills and sometimes the welding sparks fly near the sidewalk. The neighbors are mostly okay with it as long as we do not work too late into the night. The shop is quite small so we often have to do the assembly work outside on the pavement when the weather is good. It gets very humid here in Navi Mumbai so the metal can get a bit rusty if we do not watch out. We have our welding machines and grinders plugged into the wall and wires running everywhere. It is a messy job with lots of black soot and metal dust. We have a few plastic chairs for customers but they usually end up covered in dust too. People from the apartments above sometimes look down to see what we are building. We are just a small local shop trying to make a living in Sector 2. It is not a quiet life but we like being part of the neighborhood and seeing the stuff we make on the houses nearby.
