We have been over here at Shree Complex in Adharwadi for a while now. Dealing with buildings and structural stuff is mostly what we do on a daily basis. It’s a busy office in Kalyan West, right near Jail Road, and you can usually find us there throughout the week. People come in with blueprints and we spend a lot of time looking at columns and slabs to make sure everything is safe. It’s technical work but we try to keep it straightforward for everyone involved. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the site visits and calculations needing to be done at once. We aren't a big fancy firm with a glass building or anything like that, just a regular group of engineers working out of room 102. Most of our days are spent checking safety requirements and making sure the plans actually work when they get built on site. It's not glamorous but it's very important for the city as it grows. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Thane is a total nightmare, but we've lived here long enough to get used to it. We handle a lot of residential projects around this area of Maharashtra. If you’re looking for the office, just head toward Phase 3 of the complex. We usually have a few drawings spread out on the desks and a pot of tea going. It’s just how we work. Nothing too complicated, just focusing on the bones of the buildings.
