Qustac Technologies is over in Kalyan East, tucked away in Lokdhara Phase 3. Specifically, we are in Building D 10, Flat 702. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of Ganeshnagar, though it is mostly just other rooftops and the general bustle of Navi Mumbai. The building is part of a larger residential complex, so it feels very lived-in. Our office is just a converted flat, which makes the whole vibe very casual and laid back. We do not have a receptionist or a big glass entrance. You just buzz the doorbell at 702. Inside, we have turned the main rooms into our work areas. There are cables everywhere and the dining table is usually covered in folders and half-empty water bottles. We like being in Kalyan because it is away from the main city chaos, even if the commute for some of us is a bit long. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down during our meetings. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls or corporate awards on display. It’s just a place where we put in our hours and try to do a good job. We usually have lunch together around the small kitchen counter. It is a very normal, human way to work, and the flat in Lokdhara has become a second home for the team.
