Qubeta Systems Private Limited

Qubeta Systems is based in Thane, right in the Majiwade area. Our office is in the Lodha Paradise complex, specifically in the Olympia building, unit D-203. It’s a nice change from the usual cramped office buildings you find in the middle of Mumbai. There’s a bit more breathing room here. We’re a small team that works on various systems and tech projects. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and a small area where we keep our servers. We aren't into the whole corporate image thing, so you won't find any inspirational posters or glass-walled meeting rooms here. We usually just talk across the room if we need to discuss something. Most of us live in Thane or nearby, so we save a lot of time on travel, which is a big plus. The atmosphere is very laid-back. We dress casually and don't have any strict office hours, as long as the work gets done on time. Lodha Paradise is a big place, so we usually have to give people directions when they visit for the first time. We spend most of our time on our computers, but we do take breaks to grab some snacks or just stretch our legs. We aren't looking to become a giant company; we just want to keep doing good work and enjoy what we do. It’s a small, practical business run by people who actually care about the projects they’re working on.
