Quadraquest Technologies Llp is up on the 18th floor of the B Wing in Dosti Vijeta, which is part of the Dosti Vihar complex. We are located on Kores Road in Vartak Nagar, Thane. Being that high up gives us a pretty good view of the city, especially when the sun goes down. The office feels a bit like a home because, well, it’s in a residential building. We’ve got desks set up where the dining table would usually be. Thane is a busy place, and Vartak Nagar is always buzzing with activity, but once you get up to the 18th floor, things quiet down a bit. We spend our hours looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a small group of us, and we’ve known each other for a long time. There isn't any corporate polish here. We talk plainly and we don't hide behind jargon. If something is broken, we say it’s broken and then we fix it. The elevators in the building can be slow in the mornings, so we’ve learned to be patient. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, tucked away in our high-rise office. It’s a decent place to work and we get to stay in Thane, which we all like.
