Kharghar is one of those parts of Navi Mumbai that feels quite planned out and open, which is a nice change of pace. Our office isn't very big, but it’s got everything we need to get through the day. We’re in the Thane district side of things, and the commute here isn't too bad if you’re using the local trains or the highway. We’re just a bunch of people working on technology without making a big fuss about it. There’s no corporate dress code or anything like that here. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable and focus on our screens. We deal with various technical projects, and sometimes the work is quite repetitive, but it’s what we do. The neighborhood around Sai Aangan is mostly families and other small businesses, so it feels very safe and lived-in. We don’t have a marketing department to write fancy slogans for us. We just rely on the fact that we show up every day and put in the hours. If the internet stays fast and the tea is hot, we’re usually pretty happy. It’s an honest living in a growing part of the city, and we’re glad to be a small part of it. We just focus on the job at hand and let everything else take care of itself while the day goes by.
