Our Navi Mumbai office is based in Sector 8 B, specifically in the Radha Residency building. Being in CBD Belapur is convenient because it’s a hub for a lot of businesses, but our specific spot on the third floor is fairly low-key. We are part of Qatar Petroleum Dev Co Ltd, though this office feels more like a small administrative branch than a giant energy company. The office at 307 is mostly just a few rooms with desks and some filing cabinets. We don’t have a big lobby or a security guard at a marble desk. You just walk in and see us working. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the occasional tree. We have a small pantry where we make coffee or heat up our lunch. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though things pick up when we have deadlines to meet. We’ve got some maps on the wall and a few technical manuals lying around. Most of us take the train to Belapur station and walk or take an auto from there. It’s a decent commute. The building is older, so the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes. We don't put on a show for visitors. If you come by, you’ll just find us in our regular clothes, dealing with the paperwork and the emails. It is a functional, no-nonsense workspace where we handle our tasks every day without much drama. We prefer keeping things simple and sticking to the routine that works for the whole team here.
