Pyramid Consulting Engineers is tucked away in the Devdarshan Co-Op Housing Society in Thane. We are in unit 1 503. It’s a bit of a residential feel, which actually makes it a decent place to work without too much noise from the main roads. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a long time, and being based in Thane suits us just fine. The office is where we handle all the engineering consulting stuff. It’s basically just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We aren't one of those big firms with a glass building. We just work out of this society and keep to ourselves mostly. Sometimes clients come by, but we usually go to the sites. Every day is a bit different, depending on what project is on the desk. One day it’s heavy calculations, and the next we might be just sorting out permits or checking on old records. It’s honest work. Keeping things organized is a priority, even though it gets a bit chaotic when several projects hit at once. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job with the engineering side of things. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a steady routine for the most part. We like that it isn't too formal here. You can just grab a chair and talk about what needs doing.
