Our office is over at 42/2 in the Upvan Society area of Thane. It’s a decent spot, fairly close to the lake, though we spend most of our time inside looking at engineering plans. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporation. It’s more of a hands-on environment here. There are usually blueprints rolled up on the tables and a few computers running heavy software. The air is often filled with the sound of someone explaining a technical drawing or arguing about a measurement. We deal with projects that require a lot of attention to detail. It’s not always easy work, and there are days when we feel like we are falling behind, but we eventually catch up. We’ve been at this Thane address for years. The building is just a regular society structure, nothing that would stand out to a passerby. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just do the engineering work that comes our way. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, and other times we stay in the office all week. It’s a practical life. We focus on the math and the materials, making sure everything is done the way it should be. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of hard work. That is how we keep things going.
