Prishsoft Consultancy India Private Limited is up on the 11th floor of the Flora building. It’s part of the Hiranandani Estate in Thane. It’s a nice enough area, and being that high up gives us a decent view of the surroundings, which is a nice break from looking at code all day. The address is Flat No B 1101. We moved in here because we needed a steady place to run the consultancy. It’s mostly just a bunch of desks and a small pantry where we make way too much tea. The work we do is pretty technical, involving a lot of software consulting and backend work. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable and get to work. Thane has grown a lot, and being in Hiranandani Estate means everything we need is close by, but it also means traffic can be a bit of a pain during rush hour. We try to keep things simple. If a client has a problem, we look at it and try to fix it. There isn't a lot of fluff. Sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is breathing down our necks, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We’ve built a small, tight-knit group here. We aren't a massive firm, just some people who are good at tech trying to make a living in Maharashtra without any big drama.
