Prima Engineering Services

You can find us at Plot No-1 in Satyam Apartment. It’s right on CS Road, very close to the Corporation Bank branch. If you know the area, you know how busy that intersection can get. Satyam Apartment is an older building, so it has that lived-in feel to it. Prima Engineering Services takes up a unit there where we handle all our design and service work. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for our drafting tables and some computers. There’s always a stack of blueprints or technical drawings sitting on the main table. Sometimes the noise from CS Road can be a bit distracting, especially during the evening rush hour when everyone is honking their horns. We’ve gotten used to it over time, though. I usually keep the windows shut to try and keep some of the dust out. The bank next door is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and you'll probably see one of us working at a desk. It’s a very hands-on environment here. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and looking at engineering specs. Most of our clients are local businesses who need technical help. It’s a steady kind of work and we like being in this part of the city. It’s convenient for getting around, even with the traffic. We’ve been here quite a while.
