We operate out of Ekta Apartment in Sector 10. It’s a busy spot in Navi Mumbai where we get the Marathi daily ready every single morning. Most days start pretty early because the news doesn't wait for anyone. We’ve been here for a bit now, just focusing on getting the local stories out to the people who read us. The office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we handle the editing and layout work before things go to print. People around the neighborhood probably see us coming and going at odd hours. It’s a lot of work to keep a daily paper running, especially with all the digital stuff happening now, but we stick to the printed word. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. Sometimes the printer gives us trouble or the deadlines get tight, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We are right there in B7, E1/38 if anyone ever needs to drop by with a lead or just to say hello. It's a small team here, just local folks doing their jobs and making sure the Marathi community has something to read with their tea. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just desks, computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. Navi Mumbai is a big place, but we feel like we have our little corner figured out. We just keep our heads down and work on the next edition.
